1. What initially attracted you to sign up for the VSL Trade app?
“We had Rep Manir approach my manager, who then explained the services and product availability to us. After seeing how the app works and how easy it is to place orders, along with the prices & discounts, it was definitely something we wanted to try."
2. Was the sign up process smooth and user-friendly? Or were there any issues?
“The sign up process was very easy as our rep Manir helped us set the account up.”
3. What specific features or offerings of the VSL Trade app have caught your attention the most?
“I would say there are a few cool features. The one that stood out the most was the payment options. It’s very simple, and with the app connected to the bank apps, it’s easy to make payments and track orders. Additionally, it offers cashback for paying directly through the bank, which has been a bonus.”
4. In your opinion, what are the key benefits of using the app compared to traditional methods of ordering stock inventory?
“The most important benefit is the guarantee of ordering now and receiving next-day delivery. It’s been very convenient, as you don’t need to leave or wait for days for the orders to arrive at the store. I order most of my stock online now.”
5. Would you refer the App to a friend?
“Yes, without question! VSL seems to be servicing so many stores I already know of, but I’ve also referred quite a few people myself! Apps like these are a ‘must’ moving forward for independent retailers.”
